If you have not booked with Honored Body before, or are booking a CST or bodywork session for the first time, please book as a NEW CLIENT and fill out the required health history and intake forms. This ensures that Alexandra has all relevant information for the session.

Please also use a valid email address as there is important information in the confirmation + reminder emails relevant to accessing the building.

We can bill your insurance for Restorative Bodywork and CranioSacral Therapy if you have covered or out of network benefits for massage or manual therapy. Currently, Honored Body is contracted with (bills directly) Regence Blue Cross Blue Shield and Providence Health Plans.

It is your responsibility to know your coverage status, though we will run an eligibility and benefits check when you book to confirm coverage.

A referral is required to book your session. It must include diagnostic codes for conditions to be treated by massage therapy. Please submit at the time of booking to simplify the process.

Honored Body has a 75% late cancellation fee for a cancellation or reschedule within 24 hours, and a full service fee for no call no-shows the day of the appointment.

Please let Honored Body know if you will need to reschedule at least 24 hours in advance of the appointment time.

Appointments can be prepaid online or paid at time of service via credit card or cash.

All appointments are reserved with a credit card.

While gratuity is appreciated it is not expected, but can be added to credit card transactions or paid in cash.

To prevent the spread of COVID-19 and reduce the potential risk of exposure to colleagues and visitors, Honored Body requires that all clients accept the terms of a waiver upon booking. Your participation is important and required to help us take precautionary measures to protect you and everyone in the building.

• I agree to reschedule if I have any cold or flu-like symptoms within 14 days of the appointment
